Spinoff Accelerator

We are currently attending a series of workshops to accelerate ideas from Trondheim Municipalitie's leadership development programme. The first workshop was all about Design Thinking, lead by Federico Lozano from Pracademy. Federico knows how to communicate the message of Design Thinking (or "Design Doing," as he likes to say) in a compelling and inspirational manner, to designers and non-designers alike.

We all got a taste of what it is like to truly listen, understand and empathize with each other in this workshop. Next up we will use these skills to work with the topic of fellowship amongst children. Trondheim Municipality provided this topic, which will be the focus throughout the remaining workshops.
